The SEnior REp Experience
What is a senior rep?
A senior rep is a junior going into their senior year of high school who chooses to represent only one photography business until graduation. In exchange for representing Hailee Rawson Photography through social media and word of mouth, you will receive FREE photo shoots starting at the end of your junior year and throughout your entire senior year of high school.
What are the requirements to apply?
You must currently be enrolled/attend a high school in Oregon, preferably within the Willamette Valley or Coast. You must be graduating with the Class of 2025. You must be willing to share images from every shoot we do together on your social media platforms. Additionally, if you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian will be required to sign a permission form for photo releases, and attending events and sessions.
what do i need to do?
Having a social media presence is very important! You will need to be able to share and tag our photoshoots together. Being willing to post & share from every shoot we do together is necessary to be a successful senior rep. Most importantly, I want reps who are EXCITED to be a part of the team! This is about more than just free photos but also for the experiences, meeting new friends, and making memories.
What are the Perks?
Senior Reps have the opportunity to meet with seniors from around the Willamette Valley for fun group sessions, individual photos, and other events sponsored by Hailee Rawson Photo. You will be invited to attend up to four senior group sessions in addition to your individual senior session (a $850+ value!). This is a great opportunity to make new friends and memories as you enjoy your Senior Year! Additionally, Senior reps are provided additional gifts, images, and VIP treatment.
How much does it cost to be a senior rep?
The only cost to be a senior rep is to book your senior session with Hailee Rawson Photography and an additional $50 in order to help cover expenses for the other activities such as our welcome party. All other group photoshoots throughout your time as a rep will be completely free of charge. Hair & makeup is also an optional add-on to any photoshoot we do together (I can send recommendations for artists + their pricing if you are interested in this) as it’s something I do recommend for photoshoots to look at feel your best for photos!
How many photoshoots will there be?
All reps will be invited to participate in the group sessions which consist of individual images and a few group shots together. Additionally, there will be casual shoots during different seasons. You will of course be invited to the welcome party for all reps! You are guaranteed at least three free sessions (if not more) on top of your individual senior session throughout your junior-senior year.
When/HOw can I apply?
Check out @HaileeRawsonMedia on Instagram starting each February for application details. You will be required to submit a short application saying why YOU are right for the program.
What are the Obligations?
As a senior rep you are contracted to Hailee Rawson Photography. This means that in exchange for exchange for fun experiences, new memories, beautiful photoshoots, and gorgeous images to keep forever, you will not be able to post, share, or tag photos from any other portrait or senior photographers until after your contract is up. Reps are required to attend at least two of the group sessions. Dates will be provided upon acceptance. You can share family photos, and teams photos if you would like! You will be required to sign a contract to be on the 2025 Senior Rep Team & if the contract is breached we will then void your contract and you will lose access to the senior rep perks + images. If you plan to shoot with other portrait/senior photographers throughout your senior year being a senior rep isn’t the best fit for you.
