A few weeks ago I went scouting for some photography locations around Lebanon, OR and knew immediately as we drove past this nursery that I had to take photos here. Located just outside of town, it is the PERFECT location and the backdrop is stunning. It's no secret that Oregon incredible locations and greenery, but what I really love about it here is the plethora of Queen Anne's Lace. This has quickly become my favorite wildflower and looked so beautiful in a sea around our Senior of the day, Hydee!


Hydee is a vision. She's got this incredible, flowing hair that I swear belongs in a shampoo commercial. I couldn't help but envy her natural beauty – not a single hair out of place, even with the Oregon breeze doing its thing. I absolutely CANNOT choose a favorite from her session. They are all STUNNING.

This was a dual session with two best friends, Hydee and Cassidy. As a photographer, I HIGHLY recommend having sets of best friend join you on senior shoots. It makes it so much more special and fun to have someone else cheering on your subject. Not to mention, best friends know how to get genuine laughs out of their besties.

We chose to shoot during golden hour, and let me tell you, it was pure magic. I couldn't have asked for better conditions. But it wasn't just the scenery and the light that made this day special. Hydee herself was an absolute gem to work with. She's not just a pretty face; she's got personality for days. Every pose, every smile, every candid moment captured her vibrant spirit.


One thing I learned about Hydee during our time together is that she's a dancer, and it shows in the way she moves. There's grace in her every step, and it was an absolute joy to capture her dancing spirit on camera.

Throughout the session, it felt less like work and more like spending an afternoon with a good friends. Hydee and Cassidy's kindness and infectious energy made every click of the shutter feel like a breeze. We laughed, we twirled, and we captured some incredible moments. It was so much fun hearing about their plans for the future all while they are still enjoying living in the now. Senior year is so special, and these two awesome ladies deserve a GREAT year.
